City of Mist: A Night of Falling Stars (Session 3 of 4)
This session is scheduled for 3 hours. It will also be recorded and accessible on YouTube. We will be playing City of Mist, a game that mixes supers, noir and urban fantasy. Being able to attend each session is ideal, but not required. You must RSVP to each session you wish to attend. Cecil Francis’s body was found on August 28, 2017, washed up on the shores of East River. The media thought he took his own life, but local upstart musician Dwayne Pendragon thinks otherwise, and has hired you to investigate. The tone of the game will be serious and dark. It deals with issues of suicide, abuse and problematic relationships. We will be using the X-card and an open door policy. We will abide by The Gauntlet’s Inclusivity Policy.

REBEL BLACKBIRD The Jedi are all but extinct, the Republic has fallen and in their wake, the Galactic Empire has engulfed the far reaches of the galaxy in fear. Persecuted members of the Old Republic have been thrust into hiding. Only members of the REBEL ALLIANCE dare take a stand against the ruthless Imperial forces. Deep in the Outer Rim territories, a Jedi, his padawan, and a bounty hunter, the crew of the starship BLACKBIRD, try to ferry the former Naboo Senator Sola Panaka and her bodyguard, a former Clone Trooper, to Naboo. It is only a matter of time before the Star Destroyer THE HAND OF SORROW finds them. If the senator and her bodyguard are captured, the next stop for both is imprisonment in the Spice Mines of Kessel, a fate worse than death. --------------------------------------------------- This game is part of the ongoing Star Wars Saturdays series. Characters and settings created in this miniseries will exist in the SWS canon for future miniseries.
