Hunt the Wicked is a tabletop roleplaying game of space opera action and adventure. In it, you play as hardcore bounty hunters, keeping the peace and tracking down the galaxy’s most wanted criminals. Bounty Hunters are a necessity in the galactic frontier - the Imperial's military might is deemed too expensive to properly employ in the Outer Rim. Some see the Hunters as saviors, some as lawmen, some as little better than assassins or mercenaries. Yet everybody knows and respects the Bounty Hunters—or at least acknowledges their widespread authority. Criminals, thugs, murderers, dissidents, rebels, and those insane enough to try to directly challenge the Empire's authority must be dealt with in order to maintain this era of peace. Failure is not an option. You will run these perpetrators down, maintain the peace in the galaxy, and hunt the wicked. ------------------------------------ This game is part of the ongoing Star Wars Saturdays anthology series, but new folks are always welcome. The time setting is during the events of the Return of the Jedi movie, when the Empire was in control, Jedi were considered extinct, and the rebellion was growing in fits and starts. Characters and settings created in this miniseries will exist in the SWS canon for future miniseries.

Traditionally, holovids have portrayed the mercenary as either the best or worst soldier to be found. One stereotype paints them as greedy opportunists who sell their loyalties and ethics—what little they have of either—to the highest bidder. The other depicts them as idealized warriors who fight with honor and amazing skill, with high-tech equipment and infallible leaders. The life of a real mercenary, however, falls somewhere in the middle. All Systems Nominal is an in-development Forged in the Dark game by Kyle Thompson, depicting the struggles of pilots of towering war machines called mecha. These monstrosities allow pilots to perform superhuman feats, but have also become the centrepiece of a world of constant and dehumanizing warfare. This will be a four-session series exploring the lives of a small mercenary unit; who they are, what they fight for, and what they leave behind. Each session is scheduled for three hours, followed by an optional debrief. These sessions will be recorded and shared. Being able to attend each session is ideal but not required. You must RSVP to each session you wish to attend. Content warning: military violence, casualties of war. The X-Card and Lines and Veils will be in use. Life in college is exciting and interesting. Especially when you're dealing with being the scion of an ancient god alongside Chem Lab, Literature term papers, and Trigonometry assignments. Also, there's this really interesting mortal in the theater department, and somehow your fate seems to be spindled around them. That's new. Demigods is a modern-day, magical-realism role-playing game in which all of the gods are real and every belief system is correct, at the same time. In this world all of the gods exist because humans imagined them into existence. So there are at a least a dozen different sun gods for example, pushing, pulling, or being the sun, while at the same time the Earth is ninety-three million miles away from the giant fusion engine it revolves around. Multiple truths! All at once! Demigods PbtA is currently in development by Jason Mills.
